ABSTRACT
Women in positions of leadership and authority ar not common across the creative activity. They are the greater portion of the world’s population but are given little respect, less pay, and less recognition for their accomplishments. They are rewarded less by not cosmos promoted into positions they have the qualifications to fill.
Women who aspire to be to a greater extent than what society rules allow are called bitches and are looked down upon, specially by other women. Why are women who are assertive, successful, focused, and lordly called bitches and accused of trying to act like a piece of music?
