Personal Values Paper
Introduction
“Ethics atomic number 18 defined as general beliefs, attitudes, or standards that guide universal behavior” (DesJardins, 2006, p.19). All individuals hold his or her own private ethical beliefs. “Values are deeply held beliefs that guide our behaviors and decisions. They recumb deeply within the subconscious and are tightly compound into the fabric of everyday living. We make decisions and choose behaviors, friends, employment, and entertainment based, in large part, on our values.” (Lopper, 2007)
After looking at the knowingness assessment and my personal values, I am to look at how Kudler Fine Foods appears to value as an organization. This reflection will suffer me to see if my values are aligned with Kudler Foods and how it would affect my achievement as a manager within the organization. To help individuals split understand his or her own ethical beliefs individuals can book the Williams Ethics Awareness Inventory (WEAI). According to University of Phoenix,
“The WEAI is a dust for self-assessment and personal reflection.



The WEAI helps individuals understand and articulate the underlying principles associated with their ethical perspective. A firm understanding of the foundations of individual ethical thought facilitates improve group communication and decision-making” (WEAI, 2006).
My individual assessment from the WEA states that my highest ethical visibility is obligation and my least ethical finding is equity. Equity to me is non as important as obligation. The WEAI states that my ethical perspective “on an individuals duty or obligation to do what is morally accountability – principles that represent what rational persons ought morally to do” (WEAI, 2006).
