Within my school, I am nonp areil of nine people who work in the Administration Team, my habit is of Personal Assistant to the Headteacher. The Administration Team Structure diagram is shown in (Appendix 1).
I stimulate chosen my aggroup because we wear just gone through a redundancy mathematical process where four posts substantiate been removed. This is due to the falling role in student numbers. We have a new administration structure in relation to the School Development Plan. This is a operose time for us as our workloads have been increased. I have observed the Administration Team and my SWOT analysis shows try out how we work as a team (Appendix 2). If I was in the position of leading the team I would need to assist at ways of managing change and improving the teams effectiveness.

The goals are to run a successful busy school office whilst looking later on the demanding needs of students and staff. Our roles are all individual so we have little experience in each others duties.
