Purpose

Purpose is historic because it is why there is a need to relay a communicate and to whom will the message be relayed to. Determining why the information is relevant is the original step in the process and is a very important step. The five Ws will help line up the purpose which is very important who, what, why, when, and where.
Knowing your audience is average as important because information should be conveyed differently depending on whom the information is being delivered to. The way we approach a pigeonholing of 5 year old is typically different, than how we approach a group of senior citizens, and for that case a group of juvenile boys. Knowing your audience helps determine the approach to take in the deliverance of the material.
Tone is another important aspect of converse knowing when to raise and lower your voice for emphasis back end help with the delivery. Tone is not only defined as the volume of your voice, tone can be defined by body language, hand gesture, and faucal expression. In conclusion there is a process to effective communication. Determining the purpose, knowing the audience, being sensible of the tone, and knowing the product is the key to effective communication.
