Introduction

When I learned that I had to write just astir(predicate) a relevant event in the 60s, I had no idea what topic would I choose. I shortly investigated about the ideas that the professor had presumption us and settled to write about the first successful heart transplant, performed in 1967. From my perspective , it was a fascinating event
Unfortunately one of my classmates had already chosen the topic, so I was forced to change . Although I was not ofttimes interested in the remaining topics, I had yet to decide on one of them .
I went back on the ideas that had been given to us and decided to talk about the Berlin Wall. Although I was not very convinced, it was my lack of knowledge about this subject and the inwardness of information available what made me write about it .

Short after Germany was defeated in World struggle II, the URSS, the United Kingdom, and the United States, represented by Joseph Stalin, Winston Churchill (later Clement Attlee), and incrust Truman respectively, got together in the Potsdam conference. The purposes of this meeting were to establish post-war order and pause , the demarcation of the boundaries of Poland, determination of reparations, and the further prosecution of the war against Japan.
