1.The definition of conclusiveness-making
A decision is a choice between alternatives. Managers guide campaigns of action not plainly fro themselves tho for their organization and different people. While people choose a crinkle, it is not only for himself, but also for his family and friends.
Decision making is the process of identifying problems and opportunities and hence resolving them. (Richard L. Daft, Chapter 9, Pp 238) The process of making a decision is to hit and achieve organizational goals and objectives. People choose jobs that help them relate the targets in their mind and experience the promotional opportunities.

2. Using the seven- bill decision making model to deicide to choose the best job
The Seven-Step Decision Making Model developed by Rick Roberts of the University of nitrogen Florida Career Services includes identifying the decision to be made, self-assessment, identifying any options, gather data and evaluate the options, selecting one and designing a course of action(Rick Roberts, 2006).

at that place are some problems and opportunities that should be concerned. The problem is that I have no job at present. Finding an appropriate job with trade good salary is on demand. Whats more, Im planning to get espouse in three months, if the job is too busy, there provide be no time to take care of my family and unionise the wedding.
On the other hand, there are some opportunities in this job. Firstly, I like traveling, if traveling is needed in the work, I will not only be qualified for the job, but enjoy the pleasure from work. Secondly, it is attractive that there have chances to be promoted, which help me reach the goal and provide a good living condition for my family.
