When globalizing, an American company needs to consider various aspects such as culture, government and World Trade Organization laws, while maintaining nitty-gritty values and business ethics (Richard T. De George, 2006). The bottom line of a companys goal is to make a profit. not only be product quality and safety are monitored, but the environment in which employees work plays an important adjourn to the success of the business. There is no doubt globalization result make a company profitable, especially when the cost to enkindle products in other countries is less than the manufacturing costs in the get together States due to the cost of living, among other concerns. But does that give American companies the right to exploit labor laws in other countries, as in the case of Kathy Lee and Wal-Mart?
