Abstract
Stocking issues have long plagued the American automotive industry. This reputation explores solutions to the stocking issues, systems theory, establishing a global presence, business solving within a group, cost-benefit analysis for the solution, leadership outstrip practices, and plans for implementation and feedback to help SFT self-propelled overcome these issues to become a to a greater extent successful and juicy company.

The current distribution method is blemish and creates major stocking problems. These inventory surpluses are a li efficacy, not an asset. SFT has explored tierce options for dealing with this issue:
1. Design manufacturing facilities that are flexible in the yield of vehicles and create a system that allows more tractability to meet the supplies and demands of the market on shorter notice.
2. Develop an in-house dealer art system similar to the middleman inventory swapping solutions that currently experience in the marketplace.
3. Build warehousing systems to allow more tractability in the distribution system.
After consideration of all options, the best way to address this problem is option one.
By fit plants to allow for flexibility in the manufacturing process and creating a more flexible ordering system for dealers, SFT will address the problem at the root cause of the issue. This idea is also cognise as just-in-time (JIT) production or running lean production efforts. Having products ready just-in-time is more cost-effective for the company than inventories generated on the tail of just-in-case (Sadhwani & Sarhan, 1985, p. 36).
