This hold examines the benefits of behavior management by the act of walking somewhat within the school. This concept is derived from strategies utilize in the corporate business sector. These strategies outline methodology for managing an institution through the process of walking around and being visible. The article highlights companies like Hewlett Packard where adoption of management by walking around is a significant part of the Hewlett Packard Way. This article identifies a checklist for slaying of behavior management by walking around.
