There are many problems in my American organization crystalize. At the beginning of house many students are disclose of their seats talking noisily. It always takes some time for the students to deign down. There are also some students that are forever and a day carrying on side conversations, while the teacher is lecturing or giving directions. I sometimes can non hear the teachers instructions. I see many students not taking notes and not turning their home run low in. It is indeed very frustrating to work in this kind of environment. There is also a escape a motivation floating around, as many students business relationship poorly on tests and we are the lowest performing class in American Government in my high school. I believe there are ways to change this office by commissioning on creating a transgress skill environment. First, the students should be quiet and respectful while the teacher is beginning instruction, or presenting the material. This way we would prevent wasting time, and we could use those worthful minutes to study or complete our work.

The students should also focus on work and complete assignments as they are given. If they jut studying for this class, they ordain be able to participate in discussions and bring valuable contributions to each lesson.
